Analyze the structure of vacuum sintering furnace equipment The vacuum sintering furnace is a high-temperature sintering equipment under vacuum or a specific atmosphere, which can meet specific process requirements and is suitable for use by scientific research units or production units. The device has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation and easy maintenance. The heating method of the vacuum sintering furnace is heated by graphite resistance, and is heated by graphite resistance under vacuum or a specific atmosphere to heat the material to meet the process requirements. Vacuum sintering furnace equipment The equipment consists of: furnace body assembly, insulation jacket, graphite heating body, current collecting device, vacuum system, water cooling system, transformer, electronic control system and aeration and other auxiliary equipment. Furnace assembly The furnace body adopts a open circular upper cover structure, and the furnace body material adopts inner and outer stainless steel (304) structure. The furnace cover is provided with inspection; the side of the furnace body is provided with a vacuum pipe, an inflation valve, an exhaust valve, an inlet flange and the like, and a flange interface for installation and the like is left at the bottom of the furnace body. The temperature measurement uses a tungsten-rhodium thermocouple as a thermocouple, and the thermocouple is propelled through the cylinder. When the temperature is lower than 1000 C, the temperature is measured by tungsten tweeting, the cylinder is higher than 1000 C, and the infrared temperature is displayed. 2. Graphite heating element The side of the thermal insulation sleeve is surrounded by a three-layer graphite carbon felt, and the carbon felt has two layers of aluminum silicate fiber felt and a stainless steel shell on the outside. The bottom surface is composed of multi-layer graphite carbon felt, and the carbon felt is supported by a graphite plate, and the whole is placed in the furnace cavity to complete the heat preservation function. 3. Graphite heating element The graphite heating element is placed in the thermal insulation layer. It is composed of the right 12 graphite rods combined by upper and lower graphite rings, and the lower end of the graphite rod is introduced into three-phase electricity through three graphite electrodes. The graphite is heated by a low voltage and a large current. 4. Collector The current collecting device is composed of a flange plate, a feeding copper tube, a copper rod and an auxiliary component, and its function mainly satisfies the connection of the transformer and the graphite heating body to complete the supply of electricity and water. 5. Vacuum system The vacuum system consists of a KT-400 diffusion pump, a 2X-70 rotary vane pump and corresponding vacuum valves and pipes. Mainly meet the vacuum requirements required for the furnace cavity. And set the necessary leak detection interface in each section of the pipeline. 6. Water cooling system The water cooling system consists of water discharge, water distribution pipes, valves and pressure gauges. 7. Electronic controls system Control mode: with automatic and manual control. Automatic temperature control instrument can set multiple lifting and lowering temperature curves. Using the Japanese Island Electric Company FP93 thermostat for program heating and temperature control, 12 sets of process curves can be programmed. Each stage of the process curve includes 20 stages of process; the imported infrared thermometer is used for temperature measurement and tungsten-rhodium thermocouple temperature measurement.
